Tantra Classes and Sessions
Karen Harrison offers classes in Sacred Relationship (tantra), which are designed to increase intimacy with yourself and your partner while giving you practical exercises you can take home and use right away. Karen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Counselor, Sex Therapist, Licensed Reiki Teacher and Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga teacher. She also offers individual sessions to couples and individuals that do not involve sexual contact or disrobing. She does not provide Tantric massage. Karen has studied and practiced tantra since 2000, studying with various teachers and schools. She feels the combination of her practice of marriage and family therapy and Reiki (energy healing) have been excellent preparation for her tantra practice and teaching.
Topics of sessions may include the following and more: meditation, breathing, moving energy in your body, activating Kundalini energy, increasing pleasure, prolonging orgasm, healthy masculine and feminine, chanting, creating sex magic, releasing blockages in the energy field, dance, communication, and overcoming sexual problems and abuse.
