How can I learn not to ejaculate?

Q: I purchased the Ancient Secrets of Sexual Ecstasy DVD some months ago. I found it very interesting and in an effort to move forward I am curious what methods are available to achieve ecstasy in lovemaking, specifically without ejaculating, to achieve a higher connection with my wife. At this point I am somewhat doubtful that I can achieve the degree of patience necessary. Quite often when I sense that my wife is achieving an orgasm, I'm done!! This is very frustrating, any ideas?? Seminars without nudity?? Curious in Michigan
A: Perhaps you are putting the cart before the horse. Learning to "achieve the degree of patience necessary" may be your highest option and exactly what you'll need first. Learning the techniques does require patience and regular doses of self acceptance. Check out books, tapes, and videos in the catalog. And remember that learning to be a more skillful lover is but a lovely side course to the true Tantric feast. Ultimately Tantra is about raising one's level of consciousness to be in touch with truth and to be compassionate and unconditionally loving.
