Women have been curious for many years about the fluid they exude during sexual lovemaking. Once thought odd and embarrassing, in a survey online at tantra.com, 47 percent of 1048 women report that they ejaculate a fluid when they orgasm. It is actually much more common than once thought. It has become fashionable now to female ejaculate, though it is not necessary for great orgasms.
An analysis of the fluid shows that it is exactly like male ejaculate only without the sperm content. It is not urine. Because most of the ejaculate comes through the urethral tube, it may push out just a tiny amount of urine prior to the release of the ejaculate. Considering that the fluid most often occurs through G-spot or vaginal stimulation, and that the G-spot is the urethral sponge or female prostate gland, it all makes perfect sense. Women have been known to ejaculate teaspoons full to half cups full at one time.
Learning the techniques to facilitate female ejaculation can be fun and useful even if you don't ever ejaculate. Deep belly breathing, relaxation, focus and visualization, knowing your body, and investigating the G-spot often will all contribute to a deep expansion of a woman's capacity to orgasm and to being multi-orgasmic. Opening up the vocal cords while experiencing the ecstasy of orgasmic release could also contribute to female ejaculation. Try making big sounds in very low tones from deep in your belly. Opening up the nadis, or energy channels in the body, through sound will help release your body to ecstasy.
Suzie's Speculation: As in the male, the fluid in the female prostatic gland, urethral sponge, or G-spot, builds up and needs release. It is my belief that if women were encouraged to orgasm and ejaculate, more symptoms of PMS would be greatly alleviated. Part of the pressure and fluid build up during certain times of the month may very well be female ejaculate. If you have PMS and know the times of the month when you feel the symptoms the most, have sex a lot just prior to these times. It may help.
