from the book The Essential Tantra
By Kenneth Ray Stubbs
Easily conceived of as a system,
the physical body has a structure of
muscles, bones, nerves, arteries, veins, organs, glands,
and so on.
The physical body's source of energy comes basically,
directly or indirectly from plant life,
carrying transformed sunlight
which is one form of
physical energy,
as I will term
one of four general categories of energy
used by the seven systems
The physical body orgasm
is as defined earlier:
a muscular tension/contractions/release cycle
usually but not always by stimulation of
the clitoris, head of penis, C1-spot, and/or prostate gland
sometimes with, sometimes without ejaculation
The personal experience
of a physical body orgasm
can be far, far more varied
than this definition implies
Moreover, in conjunction with a physical body orgasm,
there can be orgasms
in the subtle energy systems
or in parts/subsystems of these subtle energy systems
This is what makes
each orgasm experience unique
The physical body is
what we live with in the physical world
Obviously, we would have little effect
in the physical world
without a physical body
For the subtle energy systems,
obvious no longer applies
Unfortunately, without obvious, observable, discernible
objects or events
we can slip easily into woo-woo land Woo-woo is not another spiritual, Eastern term
like wu-wei
Woo-woo
is nomenclature For
spaced-out
ungrounded
unfounded
non-reality
I have wondered/worried
if all this is a woo-woo paradigm
It was my own orgasms, however,
--the consistent patterns
of different orgasmic experiences
(the sensations are real!)
that kept bringing me back to
"maybe the paradigm is valid"
