I have prostatitis and my doctor says I must ejaculate.

Q: I have been learning and practicing becoming multi-orgasmic. I am a 42-year-old male and have been practicing both with my wife and by myself. My question is: my doctor diagnosed me with prostatitis and it bothers me when I do not ejaculate with an orgasm. Can this harm me in any way or do you have any tips that I may try.
A: Doctors often recommend regular ejaculation for prostatitis. Keep in mind they are suggesting you have regular rather than frequent ejaculation. In addition, you can still practice lasting longer for your partner, have your multiple orgasms and then choose to ejaculate at the end of your lovemaking. Something else that seems to help many men is prostate massage. The prostate is thought by one of my teachers to be the male G-spot and a source of pleasure; it is also a way a man can learn to be receptive in lovemaking, as well as relieving pressure. While most Tantric writings advocate reducing the number of ejaculations a man has as he ages, is not in good health, or lives in a cold climate, I think that each individual needs to find out for himself how often he should ejaculate.
