Yoga and Sexual Functioning

Yoga practice dramatically enhances sexual intimacy by increasing flexibility, body awareness, and concentration and focus during sex. Being able to move into new positions helps a woman discover subtle nuances that promote her own orgasmic capabilities. This is particularly important when she is exploring vaginal or G-spot orgasms.
