Small penis (5 inches erect) What can I do?
Johanina Wikoff
Q: I am a male and 23 years old. My penis size is 5 inches when erect. Is it enough for satisfactory sex? My weight is 75kgs. Can reducing my weight lead to increase in my penis size?
A: The Kama Sutra mentions the importance of an "equal union"; that is, a man with a small penis with a woman with a small vagina. This is considered a "high" union and both will receive pleasure. When the genitals are mismatched, that is, a man with a small lingam and a woman with a medium or large yoni, then special efforts must be made to compensate for the mismatch. Compensation can include pleasuring with hands, mouth, vibrators, and what ever way you and your partner find mutually enjoyable. Reducing weight does not increase penis size. Weight loss and exercise can reduce a belly that gets in the way of a good fit between penis and vagina in the male on top position.
