Female Orgasms

For females, an orgasm is the sexual climax achieved at the conclusion of the plateau phase during one or more of their sexual response cycles during intercourse. A woman may experience intense physical pleasure with quick muscle contractions around their sexual organs. During orgasm they will experience a full-body sensation of euphoria and release of tension.

Following orgasm, females will feel relaxed and peaceful. This post-orgasm response is caused by the release of prolactin during orgasm, which reduces the activity in the cerebral cortex.

Do females ejaculate during orgasm?

This continues to be a controversial subject. Many scientists believe this is not a true ejaculate liquid and simply urine, while others believe that female ejaculation is real and achievable by most women if they are physiologically able to do so.

How do women achieve orgasm?

The most common way for females to achieve orgasm is by the stimulation of the clitoris, which can be achieved by a variety of activities. Many women also achieve vaginal orgasm as well.

Techniques that can be used to improve the number and strength of female orgasms includes (but are not limited to) stimulating the clitoris, the vaginal wall, the G-Spot, engaging in anal sex, oral/anal contact as well as breast and nipple stimulation.
