All our orders are discreetly packaged. Orders are shipped in either a plain box, padded envelope or USPS Priority boxes and envelopes.

All domestic packages will be shipped by USPS Mail unless you choose a different carrier service. All orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed. Please Note: orders are never shipped the same day that they are placed. For example: orders placed for UPS overnight shipping on Thursday will be usually be processed and shipped out on Friday and arrive on the following Monday. Friday, Saturday & Sunday orders are processed on Monday. During the holiday season please allow up to 10 days for delivery. The return address on all our packages is Tantra.com. To insure the safe delivery of your order, we reserve the right to change our shipping method without notice but at no additional cost to you.

We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

We Only accept credit card payment for overseas orders, no checks please! Please include all your mailing address information. It is important to include your e-mail address - we may need to contact you. We ship in plain packaging. The return address will say Tantra.com. We fill out customs declarations as "educational media". Sorry, we cannot be responsible for any problems you may have with import taxes or customs seizures in your country.

The customs officials in the following countries do not allow items of a sexual nature to be received, and usually confiscate them - it has happened to customers in these countries. We are very sorry they have made this decision.

Due to misuse of our return policy in the past, we do not offer refunds or exchanges (effective 11/1/97). Your money will be refunded ONLY if the product is no longer available. Defective products will be exchanged with the same item only. If you are seriously unhappy with your purchase please call our staff.
