Commissions:
Monthly Subscription:
We will pay you 30% of the $19.95 initial monthly signup and 30% per each reoccurring $19.95 renewal charge purchased as a result of traffic from your site.
Annual one-time purchase:
We will pay you a one time fee of $30.00 for each annual membership purchased as a result of traffic from your site.
Purchase Tracking:
All monitoring of purchases is conducted online by ROIA, a state-of-the-art multi-media campaign tracking tool that combines ad campaign management, affiliate marketing and email campaign management and reporting. You will have your own password protected Ad management console with compleate reporting of all banner activity.
Payouts:
All payouts are made in US funds by check. Earning below $50 will be rolled over to the next period till you reach the minimum payout of $50. A Pay Period is from the 1st through the end of each month.
- We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to server and equipment down time or incorrect use of the link codes.
- We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid all funds due at that time.
- Tantra.com reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. In such cases you will be notified in advance.
- If you are caught violating the terms of this contract and/or cheating Tantra.com you will FORFEIT all earnings.
- Tantra.com reserves the right to delete accounts due to high credit or charge back rates.
- Tantra.com reserves the right to alter or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are responsible to refer to this document from time to time.
- You can advertise our sites any way you like. You can use banners, full page adds, consoles, blind links, text links, exit traffic and blind thumbs. You should not misrepresent our site(s), including but not limited to, misrepresenting the cost of membership, terms of membership, or content contained within our site(s).
- Spamming is not allowed.
- All advertising items like banners and ads must be served from your bandwidth.
GUIDELINES FOR APPROVAL:
- All interested parties including web sites, email marketers, newsletter publishers, banner ad companies are encouraged to apply to our program. However, before you can participate in our program, we will need to approve your site or methods ("Sites"). Mainly we will not approve: " Sites with hate/violent/offensive content " Sites containing racist content " Sites containing extreme religious or political content " Sites that disparage a celebrity, or have slanderous or derogatory content " E-mailers the do not use double-opt in emails These are only general guidelines and we reserve the right to make exceptions.
- The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account. This includes links, graphics, text, or any HTML including Meta Tags for the following content:
child pornography, rape, murder, torture, incest or any form of violence, warez, password selling or trading, Newsgroup postings with links to us, Messages in chat rooms, spam e-mails or any other activity deemed illegal in the United States Of America.
Fraudulent Activity:
You acknowledge and agree that Tantra.com.com shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, at any time to expand or modify what it determines to constitute possible fraudulent activity. Without limiting the foregoing, possible fraudulent activity shall include without limitation, the following circumstances or activities: Where there has been an attempt to put through a credit card with a bin number that is listed in a negative bin number database; and where there have been sequential or multiple attempts to register or subscribe from a credit card using the same bin number and sequential or multiple number strings to complete the credit card number. Webmasters, their relatives or employees signing up for a trial using their own link codes will get their account terminated and will not get paid. Any affiliates that attempt to cheat, defraud or mislead us in any way will get their account terminated.
Copyrighted Material:
You acknowledge and agree that all of the content on the Tantra.com.com web site is copyrighted worldwide. If any unauthorized Tantra.com written content or images are discovered on an affiliate site, the affiliate account will be terminated immediately.
